A short drive to NW Florida Beaches International Airport. Approx. 8 miles to the Navy Base. Palmetto Trace has very reasonable HOA fees which includes a community pool. Water for sprinkler systems is reclaimed water. Minimum monthly fee is $7.73 for 3,000 gallons.
